When we arrived at the meet point (Towcester Tesco's) there was already a good 10+ Ka's sittin’ waiting. I walked round saying hello to all the new faces, and all the people I have already met at previous shows and meets.

I handed out all the tickets and stand passes, minus the RS Turbo boys, and two others.... Due to a bit of 4am engine trouble, the RS Turbo boys made the meet point for 7 o’clock! (we decided to wait an extra 15mins for them as they called in with ETA updates from 5:30am onwards)

So that was it, time for a play....off we all headed, up the dual carriage way of the A43, to the world famous Silverstone circuit!!! Convoy of 18ka's (one being on a trailer...) the buzz you get when cruising... with loads of quality ka's... is awesome! Listening to all the different sounding exhausts and engines, you have to be there to know what it feels like! I was near the back, but me, being me, soon ended up straight at the front! Haha!

Once we were into the show ground, we were directed over the main Silverstone bridge, we were on Tarmac!!!! BONUS! but we had a pretty flat space, just one strip of car parking spaces, so we had to do our best with what we had, and laid the cars out the best we could (on a Sunday morning haha) I think I drove two Klubber’s Ka's... i don’t know how they dare leave me in the hands of their cars... haha!

Anyway everyone chipped in to help raise the new KAKLUB marquee, sails, banners, it all looked WICKED! Thank you very much ‘Phosters' for sorting all that out for our Klub dude!!! You are a god send!!

Weather was still cloudy and spittin’ bits of rain here and there, everyone polishing in the rain water lol! it didn’t dampen the atmosphere tho! I was still happy as ever, trying to make everyone laugh, with stoopid witty comments, it’s all good fun tho! hehe!

Throughout the day it got warmer and warmer, and no rain after 10 o’clock, so everything was turnin’ out to be A DAMN GOOD FORD FAIR! This was one of the best I've ever been to, and this was my 3rd!! All the Klub was more friendly than it has ever been! No miss-haps, just plenty of mucking around! Speaking to everyone!

I did four 0-60 runs, killin’ my tyres off, just for the attention more than gettin’ ‘a low 0-60 haha, i love it! Still found time to walk round most the club stands and concours, and watched a fair bit of track action.

Missed out watching our 'richy888' going round the track tho! but from what i have read, and pictures I've seen, he had a wicked day too! top lad as he’s only just passed his driving test! well done mate!!!

If this years Ford Fair, is anything to go by.... next year is going to be out of this world!, but this isn’t the only show we do, don’t forget to keep an eye out in the events section... and support your Klub!!! Don’t worry if you have no friends that are willing to come with you... Don’t worry!!! WE ARE YOUR FRIENDS TOO!!!! Don’t be shy!!!
