Under the title of "Quarter Pounder", Fast Ford wrote "A 2-litre Zetec engine conversion transforms the humble Ka in to a drag strip stormer".  Russ who served as the Ka Klub Events Organiser from 2006 to 2009 modded his black Ka into "The Beast" with a combination of street styling and a Grey Devil Industries set-up 2 litre Zetec running OMEX management.

 

Russ's Ka ran a 15 second quarter mile and for those lucky enough to get a spin in, once they had fitted into the bucket seats and 4 point harnesses, that Ka under the guidance of Russ, could really shift.  Slammed on a set of coilovers over a set of 16" OZ Ultraleggeras it looked the epitome of a bad boy when it ran around the streets of Leicester.
